Anthony began his healthy way of living at the age of 7, when his mother Michele walked him to the local football tryouts. From that point forward, Anthony made the NFL a dream pursuit. Although Anthony was involved with everything growing up, he gravitated to football and track when he got to high school. While receiving accolades for his athletic prowess in both Football and Track & Field, he gained the respect of his peers by dedicating himself to the weight room and conditioning himself both mentally & physically to finesse and battle life's lessons. After his collegiate football career was cut short, Anthony turned to instructing & coaching others to pursue self-growth. With education via the world-renowned Springfield College, NASM programming, EFTI and a slue of professional coaches, Anthony brings to you a holistic approach to health and wellness. After all, the alma mater says, "Sprit, Mind, Body". Anthony currently stays fit by boxing in addition to playing basketball & soccer. Lifting weights, yoga, pilates and any chance to get some good movements in.
